One of the top crypto market structure negotiators in Washington says she's run out of gas on new revisions for the bill she's worked on for more than five years.

  • Democrats are not satisfied with the final proposal of the crypto market structure bill shared by Senate Republicans, Senator Cynthia Lummis said Monday.
  • The Wyoming Republican, who has been one of the lead sponsors of the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act, said at a Solana Policy Institute event that the bill was “as good as it’s going to get.”
  • The Clarity Act faces a key procedural vote on Tuesday.
