- Securitize’s subsidiary, Securitize Capital, has registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as an investment adviser, expanding the firm’s existing suite of regulated businesses.
- The new registration positions Securitize to work more closely with asset managers and institutional investors as they explore onchain investment strategies, including tokenized vaults and other blockchain-based products.
- Securitize, which already partners with major asset managers such as BlackRock, Apollo, KKR and VanEck, issues BlackRock’s BUIDL tokenized money market fund and recently listed publicly on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker SECZ.
