Kalshi and Polymarket bettors sharply raised the chances of U.S. crypto market structure legislation advancing, with Tuesday's Senate vote the next test.

  • Prediction-market traders have grown more optimistic that Washington will pass a crypto market structure bill, with odds rising sharply on Kalshi and Polymarket.
  • Polymarket put the chance of the Clarity Act becoming law this year at nearly 30 percent, while Kalshi’s odds of passage before Oct. 1, 2027, settled around 53 percent after reaching 64 percent.
  • The bill still faces an uphill road: a Senate cloture vote on Tuesday requires 60 votes, but even if the measure advances, it would still face possible amendments, House reconciliation and final approval by the president.
