Zodia Custody CEO Julian Sawyer steps down, becomes adviser

Sawyer will become a strategic adviser rather than take the helm of Zodia Solutions, as previously announced.

Julian Sawyer is stepping down as CEO of institutional crypto custodian Zodia Custody and moving into a strategic-adviser role.
Sawyer was due to become CEO of Zodia Solutions once Standard Chartered completed its acquisition of Zodia Custody’s custody business.
The transaction was expected to close by the end of August, but remains subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
